Charlotte Cooke

Charlotte is the Senior Manager in charge of the HR and Training function.

Charlotte joined the firm in 2005 to coordinate the human resource, training and office management of the firm and was promoted to Manager in 2008. As the firm has grown over the last three years, Charlotte has focused on her main objectives of recruiting staff in house, most predominantly the annual trainee intake, and ensuring that the unique culture of the firm is perpetuated.

Charlotte is committed to providing the highest standard of training and support for the firm’s most valuable asset, its workforce.

Charlotte is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and anticipates completing her studies in 2010.

Outside the office Charlotte enjoys gardening and cooking.
