Gillian Everall - ACA, CTA
Gillian is a Manager within the personal tax side of the practice.
Having trained at Deloitte and gained experience in a number of other large firms such as Baker Tilly and BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, Gillian joined Frank Hirth in June 2008 to deal with UK tax compliance and advisory matters.
Gillian has experience of a broad range of UK personal tax issues including dealing with expatriates arriving into and leaving the UK and assisting entrepreneurial clients with the tax implications of the disposal of their businesses. In recent years however she has specialised in dealing with high net worth private clients often in the international arena covering issues such as pre arrival structuring of assets, establishing an individual's domicile and planning for remittances. She also has extensive experience of Inheritance Tax planning issues including planning for deemed domicile and the treatment of offshore trusts both in connection with the settlor and beneficiary.
When time allows, Gillian enjoys going to the gym, running, travelling (often involving undertaking some form of adrenaline activity!) and getting involved with stage management for her local amateur theatre group.
