We recognise that there is more to life than work and our flexi-time policy enables you to fulfil your ambitions outside of work – whether that’s spending more time with your family, pursuing a hobby or just going home to relax. Core hours are 10am – 4.30pm and you choose the hours you work around that to make up your weekly total.
In addition to your holiday (starting at 23 days in the UK), or Paid Time Off (22 in the US) entitlement, our offices close between Christmas and New Year giving you an additional 3 days a year to spend with your family and friends.
We have generous family policies including enhanced pay for maternity and shared parental leave in the UK and enhanced pay and time off for primary care giver leave in the US (in addition to New York Paid Family Leave). We also have several people who have contractual flexible working patterns (reduced hours etc). All employees have a Surface Pro which they can take home for personal use or working from home. There is much more, and we think we have something to offer everyone.
Our UK benefits package includes medical insurance, group income protection insurance, health cash plan (level one paid for by the firm), life assurance (4x annual salary), pension (1.5% company match), childcare vouchers, Perkbox, season ticket loans, annual summer and Christmas parties, on-site yoga, Nuffield gym discounts, fruit and drinks and a cycle to work scheme. On top of that we have adhoc treats from the naughty (cake and drinks) to pampering (massage/manicure’s).

Our US benefits package includes a choice of four medical plans with the option to flex up. You can choose between two dental plans and vision plans and have the option to flex up for these also. We also have five ancillary benefit plans which include short-term disability insurance, life insurance and commuter benefits. You can also enjoy our holiday party, summer party and occasional treats such as cakes, drinks and impromptu social gatherings.
