Gender Pay Gap


We believe in being transparent and we are proud of the work we are doing to encourage a strong and diverse workforce in line with our company values. As a result, while we have no legal obligation to publish our gender pay gap (it only applies to UK employers of more than 250 employees) please find below the results for our London based employees. 

What is the gender pay gap?

The gender pay gap shows the difference in the average earnings between women and men in an organisation, expressed relative to men’s earnings. It is often confused with equal pay which is the right for men and women to be paid the same when doing the same, or equivalent, work.

We have looked at the mean pay for all London employees and then broken that down by role level.

Our pay gap is 9%.  This is below the national average with small fluctuations dependent on level. For example, at Director (Board) level it is in favour of women whereas at Associate Director level it is in favour of men. We do not have a large enough employee base in New York to be able to publish results for those employees without breaching confidentiality.

We are confident that all men and women are reviewed and paid equally for doing equivalent jobs. This applies to both existing employees and new hires. We actively review the decisions we make around annual performance measures, pay, bonus, promotions and recruitment decisions.

As part of our commitment to equal opportunities for all employees we will continue to review the way we attract and retain our talent. This is extended beyond gender (for example but not limited to ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability) so that we can ensure we have a balanced and diverse workforce.
