Stephen Christiano has been promoted to Associate Director in its New York office, effective 1 January 2019.
Having joined Frank Hirth in 2011 as part of Frank Hirth’s Business Tax Group, Stephen has added significant value to the firm by advising Professional Partnerships and Funds on complex US tax reporting requirements.
Stephen has a wealth of experience in US taxation, providing a wide range of partnership and corporation tax compliance and advisory services. He also has extensive experience in dealing with foreign transactions mainly regarding Fixed, Determinable, Annual, Periodical (FDAP) income and Effectively Connected Income (ECI) related issues. His client portfolio consists of financial services clients, general business clients and some high net worth individual clients. Over the past year he has been dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complexities caused by "US tax reform".
This year also sees promotions to Senior Manager for Grace Long and Jessica Chan of the New York office and for Robin Miller of the London office.
